Had a great time with friends! We used this hotel as a base to explore the Victoria Memorial and Howrah Bridge. The location was perfect for hopping around the city. The personal parking was a plus too. Breakfast was served to our room, which was a bit limited but still nice.
The service at the reception could be improved. When I asked about payment options, they insisted on cash, which was a hassle. Always good to check your payment methods beforehand!

The location is nice, near shops and sights. My comfort twin room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a mini fridge. I found body soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Staff was helpful and the breakfast, served in my room, included tasty pastries. The lobby had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing. Wi-fi was free and worked great.
